Hi! I’m Hannah.
I created Know & Nurture because I lived the endless crying of colic, breastfeeding struggles, ties, reflux, and body tension (twice). I know the emotional toll of not being heard and not knowing where to turn for help. I spent the last 5 years researching and gathering trusted resources so other moms don’t have to start from scratch. I’m passionate about helping other moms to find answers for their babies faster than I did.

~ A mother who knows the pain of going through colic, breastfeeding struggles, oral ties and reflux with my 2 children.
~ A researcher and self-learner: Invested hundreds of hours over the past 5 years learning how to support my own babies.
~ Found healing for my babies by doing my own research and intentionally applied what I learned daily. I believe that mothers play a crucial role in their babies' healing journey.
~ Invested in learning the Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) technique so I could be the healing hands for my own family. I am passionate about Fascial Bodywork specifically because of the miraculous difference it made for my first-born.
~ Seen and felt healing happen in my own babies as well as other babies I’ve had the honor of working with.
~ My passion comes from seeing the spectacular change in my daughter. I know first-hand that it’s possible to have a thriving, happy baby despite a challenging start. Now I want to share that with you.
